When will my product be shipped out?

Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.

How long will it take to receive my product?

If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received.

Returns

All returns require an RMA and original bill of sale reciept. Items should be new unopened. Some electrical items may not be returned.
